With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you’re only paying your marketing team when you have work available for them.

Upon subscribing, you will be able to load your queue with unlimited marketing design and channel support requests. These requests will then be fulfilled sequentially, one after the other.

On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take a bit longer to turn around.

Most requests are designed using Figma, Dreamweaver, Visual Studio among other software applications.

Slogan Technology Solutions offers a ton of flexibility in how you can request designs using Trello. Some common ways our customers request designs is directly via Email or Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if project work can be linked to or shared in Trello, that’s all we will need to get started. More extensive campaigns may involve a video call or phone conversation to collect more intricate facets of the request.

We understand you may not have enough work to fill up the entire month. Maybe you only have one or two projects at the moment (for any plan you have selected i.e. Standard/Pro Email Channel Plans, or Multichannel Plan) That’s where ‘pausing’ your subscription becomes helpful.

Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 15 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 16 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
